CombiLaser is a comprehensive technology from BOSCHERT that combines fiber laser cutting (Fiber-Laser) with traditional punching/forming operations on a single base frame. In fact, CombiLaser is a package (module) with a cutting head, laser source and associated systems (cooling, extraction, safety systems), which is integrated into existing Boschert lines (EVO, TWIN, TRI, MULTIPUNCH) and implemented as a single complex on the work area. This solution allows you to combine high-precision contour cutting with fiber and punching/forming operations without moving the workpiece between different machines.

• Combination of laser cutting and punching in a single machine frame — allows contour cutting with a fiber laser source while simultaneously performing punching, forming, and stamping operations on the same part, reducing material handling and shortening production cycles.

• Automatic sorting and unloading conveyor for small parts (standard for CombiLaser Multipunch).
• CAD/CAM packages: BG-Cut (CNC/CAD), Auto-Nesting — software for path preparation, optimal sheet nesting, and machine control.
