BASE+ Punch Genius is a high-performance automated sheet metal processing line that combines the modular CIDAN Forstner BASE sheet cutting/bending system with the Prima Power Punch Genius high-speed turret punch.
The system is designed to process metal from coil to finished profile or part – with minimal operator intervention and high automation.

  • Combination of Coil Processing and Turret Punching in One Integrated Line: Uncoiling, slitting, and feeding combined with turret punching on a single integrated line reduces logistics and shortens changeover time.

  • Full Software Integration: Punching information is automatically generated in the nuIT system and transmitted to the punching module, eliminating the need for separate programming.
