Prinzing SDA 63/103 is a highly automated double beading system (Sickendoppelanlage), engineered to simultaneously process both ends of pipes or other cylindrical workpieces. The primary purpose of this machine is to drastically increase productivity in the mass production of air ducts, tubes, and other components requiring symmetrical or synchronous edge forming.
The system consists of two independent or synchronized working units (heads) mounted on a common bed, which can be quickly and accurately adjusted for various operations: swaging, flanging, or lock forming.
