Similar to the MF 500, the MF 800 is built on a single, robust C-frame. Thanks to a quick-change module system, it can be converted into various types of equipment:

Design Features and Advantages

• Mobility and Stability:

  • Equipped with wheels for easy movement across the workshop despite its significant weight.

  • The rigid construction ensures the necessary stability required when working with a large reach.

• Advanced Wheeling Capabilities:

  • Rolls: The set typically includes one upper roll and six lower rolls of varying radii to create different degrees of curvature.

  • Angle Adjustment: Ability to rotate the rolls and their supports by 90° and adjust the angular position for maximum convenience when working with complex shapes.

• Ergonomics:

  • A wide tooling tray keeps the workspace organized and ensures quick access to inserts.

  • Roll pressure is typically controlled via a foot-operated wheel or manual mechanism, freeing the operator's hands.

• Kit Options:

  • Kit 1 may also include a sandbag for initial forming, height-adjustable pivoting vices, and wooden/leather mallets for blocking and finishing.

  • Kit 2 adds the HF 100 Handformer, turning the machine into a complete "forming workshop."
