Cornerweld NimbleSafe 100-42 is a highly adaptable, flexible, and safe automatic corner welding machine. It is ideally suited for producing short corner seams (max length 100 mm) on components with complex profiles, such as commercial kitchen equipment, control cabinets, and laboratory furniture.
A key feature is the pneumatic safe linear clamping system, which significantly enhances operator safety. The model handles material thicknesses from 0.5 mm to 2.5 mm and processes inward return flanges up to 42 mm. All control and programming functions are managed by a reliable Siemens industrial system.
