Clamping Shells (Clamping Collars) for the Orbitalum RPG ONE are exchangeable, diameter-specific accessories made of high-grade special steel. They provide the precise and reliable clamping of tubes and micro-fittings required for high-quality facing. The unique design with a positive clamping mechanism allows for rapid shell replacement without the need for additional tools.

Specialization: Shells are categorized into two types to guarantee optimal fixation for different components:
For Tubes: Clamping length of 10.0 mm (0.394").
For Micro-fittings: Clamping length of 4.0 mm (0.157").
Wide Range: Available to cover the entire outside diameter (OD) range of the RPG ONE (from 3.0 mm to 25.4 mm).
Standard Equipment & Ordering
Clamping shells are not included in the standard scope of delivery of the RPG ONE machine and must be ordered separately.
Each clamping shell is supplied as an individual component consisting of two halves.
