RAS MEGAbend 76.30-2 is a high-performance and high-precision folding machine featuring UpDown technology, which allows for bending in both directions without the need for the operator to flip the material. With a working length of 3200 mm and the capacity to bend steel up to 6 mm thick, this machine is ideally suited for manufacturing large and heavy components that are difficult to process on conventional press brakes.
The Bendex Graphics system automatically programs the bending sequences, while the ViN (Virtual Navigator) laser indicates the exact loading position for the operator. Automated backgauges equipped with fingers and vacuum suction cups allow for sequential bends to be performed with minimal operator intervention.
