Schechtl MAX-F 250 is a motorized folding machine with a working length of 2540 mm and a maximum steel thickness capacity of 2.0 mm. The primary feature of this model is the special F-geometry of the folding beam, which provides 14 mm of clearance behind the pivot point as standard. This design opens new possibilities for manufacturing profiles that are difficult or even impossible to produce on conventional machines.

The F-geometry reduces the risk of collision between the workpiece and the folding beam, allows for the seamless execution of tight bends (such as Omega or hat profiles), and ensures greater safety and operational freedom. The machine is ideal for large-scale roofing, facade, and industrial applications.
