LINEARWELD XD 1300 is a high-precision automatic longitudinal welding machine from the XD (eXtra Diameter) series. It is specifically engineered to provide maximum flexibility when working with minimal tube diameters starting from 75 mm, combined with a welding length of up to 1305 mm.
Designed for material thicknesses between 0.2 mm and 1.5 mm, the machine balances high quality, ease of operation, and high processing speeds. The XD model is ideal for high-tech sectors where small-scale precision is critical, such as the production of automotive exhaust systems, HVAC components, and small pressure vessels. The unit is powered by a SIEMENS control system featuring the HMI “neXt” interface.
