Forstner MULTIPLE DECOILING LINE is a highly automated industrial line designed for high-speed, continuous processing of coiled metal of various colors and thicknesses. The key feature is the integration of two to six motorized decoilers, which automatically feed material to a shared processing module (straightening/cutting) via a programmable coil selector. This is the ideal solution for large enterprises requiring maximum flexibility and fast material changeover without stopping production.

  • Automatic Coil Changeover: Ability to fully automatically change material/color in less than one minute, significantly increasing efficiency.
  • Production Flexibility: Simultaneous operation with 2–6 coils of different types (steel, aluminum, copper) and colors, covering most material needs.
  • Reinforced Straightening: An integrated 6-roller straightener (automatic) guarantees ideal sheet flatness, eliminating "Coil Set" even in thick metals.
  • Extra-Large Thickness: Capability to process mild steel up to (in the maximum configuration with the heavy guillotine).
  • Safety and Control: Equipped with guides featuring individual safe sliding doors, allowing a coil to be changed on one decoiler while the line is running from another.

  • Decoilers: 2 to 6 motorized decoilers with hydraulic central mandrels.
  • Coil Selector: Powerful, programmable selector for automatic material transfer.
  • Straightener: Built-in 6-roller straightener with automatic pressure control.
  • Transportation: 3-axis Coil Car (for systems).
  • Control: Programmable PLC controller with a touch screen.
  • Feeding: Pinch (Dancer) Arm to control coil tension.

  • Thickness: Heavy Guillotine for cutting thickness.
  • Rollers: Hard-chrome plated straightener rolls (валки) for abrasive materials.
  • Speed: Possibility of increasing the working speed (up to ).

  • Logistics: Hydraulic lift table stacker (Stacker-ST).
