This is the most compact clamping mechanism option for the $OW12$, designed for welding in areas with minimal available space.

• Total width of only $12.2\text{ mm}$, allowing work with a minimal clamping length.

• Must be selected individually for each pipe diameter.

• Very limited space.

Type B Clamping Cassettes (Wide)

A standard, convenient cassette used with replaceable inserts for various pipe diameters.

Key Features

• Structurally wider than Type A.

• Allows for quick diameter changes using replaceable Type B inserts.

• Cost-effective, as one cassette is compatible with many diameters via the inserts.

When to Use

• When space permits the installation of a wider cassette.

• For frequent pipe diameter changes—series production, multi-product welding.

Type B Clamping Inserts (for Cassette B)

Aluminum inserts installed into the Type B cassette that provide precise clamping of the pipe for a specific diameter.

Key Features

• Material: Aluminum.

• Used exclusively with the Type B cassette.

• The insert set consists of 4 parts (two for each side of the cassette).
