OW 19 system is a closed orbital weld head designed for pipes with an Outer Diameter (OD) approximately from 3 mm to 19.05 mm. Its accessories include Clamping Inserts of various types, which allow for the precise fixation of the pipe in the head before welding. The inserts are not included in the head’s standard kit—they must be ordered separately.

Description
Material: The inserts are made of stainless steel.
One set of inserts consists of 6 pieces (3 inserts for one clamping side).
Two types are available:
Type "W" (Wide) — for standard installation conditions.
Type "S" (Small / Narrow) — for limited length/access space.
Pipe Outer Diameter (Tube OD) Range
Below is a selection of diameters and their corresponding insert codes:
Purpose
Type "W" → When space allows for a standard cassette/insert and maximum compactness is not required.
Type "S" → When installation is highly restricted, a narrow insert is needed to fix the pipe in the head with a small clamping length.
Replacement of the inserts allows the head to be adapted to different pipe diameters without replacing the entire clamping system.
