Boschert CU Profi is an industrial special-purpose machine for high-quality, waste-free and fast processing of copper, aluminum and steel bars and strips. The CU Profi is a compact but powerful system with automatic feeding, designed for working with workpieces up to 4,000 mm long (optionally 6,000 mm), 15–200 mm wide and 3–15 mm thick (optionally up to 20 mm). The machine uses a set of up to 8 tools in a standard configuration (including a 60 × 8 mm cutting/separating station) and is optimized to minimize deformations and material losses when processing a bar that is clamped at the front and rear of the head.

Designed for busbars: simultaneous feeding and clamping from both sides ensure perfectly flat and straight parts without torsion or bending — critical for copper/aluminum busbars.

Technological reliability: hydraulic drive with 11 kW power unit, total electrical connection 25 kW, and 160 L hydraulic oil tank — designed for continuous industrial operation.
Intuitive operation: 10.5″ color TFT display with graphic/conversion software, USB/LAN connectivity, and remote service capability; control panel includes dual-palm buttons, “tool change position” key, and emergency stop.

• Rigid welded steel frame with interchangeable clamps (1–3 depending on busbar width).
• 8 tool stations (standard) with an option for a 9th; includes a 60 × 8 mm cutting/shearing station.
• Punch/die sets and tool clamping system (compatible with manufacturer-specific tool systems).
• 10.5″ color TFT controller with graphic and conversion interface (direct program preparation/import), USB and LAN connectivity for file exchange and remote access.
• Discharge table/chute for automatic part ejection — eliminates intermediate manual handling.

Suction loader — automatic feeding unit for serial production (available with 4 mm or 6 mm suction cups).
Chain loader — alternative continuous loading system for long-run production.
Push-Pull mode (zero-waste operation) — enables processing of pre-cut busbar segments with minimal scrap.
Marking unit — device for engraving or stamping identification marks on finished parts.
Tapping unit — module for thread cutting (machine supports tapping operation).
