Wammes 3-Machine-System is a semi-automatic system specifically designed for the efficient production of rectangular ducts with an integrated Profiled Duct Flange (PDF). The system is focused on ensuring high airtightness (Class “C,” and with the special PDF 3 system, even Class “D”) with minimal time consumption. The line consists of three consecutive workstations where operators perform key operations, making it ideal for medium production volumes with an emphasis on the quality of the flange connection.
