Key capabilities include: flat oval bends or circles with diameters ranging from 100 mm to 1,500 mm, segments with angle inclinations from 5∘ to 46∘, and highly accurate cutting thanks to servo motor control. The machine is equipped with four roller-shears for cutting, which prevents burrs and edge hardening. Example performance: For an elbow with a 200 mm diameter, consisting of 4 segments, the machine can complete the cutting in a single pass in 15 seconds.
