Wammes Plasma with RotatorCut is a plasma cutting machine featuring an integrated RotatorCut module which allows the blank to be rotated during the cutting process. This configuration enables the execution of not only linear cuts but also the processing of segments or rings, and cutting with a varying angle, all without manual blank repositioning. The table size is adaptable, ranging from $1,000\times 2,000\text{ mm}$ up to $2,000\times 6,000\text{ mm}$, depending on production needs. This makes the machine flexible for various scales of sheet metal fabrication. The RotatorCut module offers two rotary axis options: a standard $80\text{ mm}$ axis or a variable axis in the range of $40\text{–}250\text{ mm}$. This allows the machine to be adapted to segment or ring diameters of different thicknesses and configurations. The machine is equipped with a full HVAC software package, including a 2D drawing module and DXF file support, ensuring easy programming of shaped ducts or ventilation components. Additionally, the machine features digital control of the plasma torch height (Z-axis), which automatically maintains the optimal distance between the torch and the sheet during the cut. A magnetic torch holder with vertical adjustment adds convenience for operators when positioning the torch or tool.
