BENDMAK BECOP is a comprehensive machine that combines drilling, plasma cutting, and oxy-fuel cutting within a single CNC complex. The device is designed for processing sheet metal, applying holes, bevels, contours, and cutouts with the blank fixed in a single setup, which significantly shortens changeover times and increases positioning accuracy. This machine is used where complex combinations of operations are required: drilling, cutting at various angles, contour cutting, and hole processing with guaranteed positioning accuracy. The BECOP features a “bevel head” module, which allows for shaped cutting of defined contours. BECOP is positioned as a versatile combined machine, suitable for steel construction, shipbuilding, energy, and industrial and structural manufacturing where the goal is to minimize the number of machines on the shop floor.
Versatility of Three Technologies: Combines the functions of drilling, plasma cutting, and oxy-fuel cutting in one machine, eliminating the need to move the blank.
Bevel Head Module: The machine has the option for cutting at an angle (beveling), allowing edges to be prepared for welding or mounting joints without additional operations.
CNC with Control of All Modes: The integrated interface allows switching between modes, planning operations, and managing speeds and trajectories.
Powerful Drilling Spindle: 22 kW with high torque, enabling the drilling of significant diameters and thicknesses.
Automatic Tool Change: A magazine for 6 tools allows drills or tips to be changed without manual intervention.
Stable Mechanics and Positioning Accuracy: Linear guides, precision ball screw systems, and servo motors all ensure accurate head positioning and repeatability.
Slag and Fume Collection: An under-table water tray for slag collection, a filtration system for dust/gases, and a cleaning system to maintain a clean cutting/drilling zone.
Hydraulic Sheet Clamping: The working table is equipped with hydraulic clamps that secure the blank during operation without shifting.
Marking: The ability to apply markings or contour lines before or after cutting.
Multi-purpose Application: Suitable for various materials: carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum — depending on the modes, plasma, and gas sources.
