Prinzing FME 4-900 is an automatic flanging machine specifically designed for forming high-quality 90∘ flanges on the ends of cylindrical pipes. This process replaces traditional flange welding, significantly saving time (up to 30 minutes per part) and increasing joint quality by eliminating thermal deformation and the need for subsequent cleaning. The machine features CNC control with a touch screen, ensuring high precision and repeatability.
Flanging Unit: Flange forming assembly with parallel feed of the upper roller on rolling bearings.
Drive: Infinitely variable brake drive for speed control.

Program Memory: Ability to store up to 200 processing programs.
Sub-frame (Bed): Robust bed for pipes up to 1,000 mm in length with motorized adjustment of the back gauge.
Pipe Clamping Devices: Pneumatic holder and counter-holder for reliable securing.
Swiveling Device: Electromechanical articulated device for precise positioning of the processing head.
Automatic Lubrication: Special lubrication system for the flanging rollers to reduce friction.
Bed Extension: Possibility to extend the sub-frame for working with pipes up to 6,000 mm (or even up to 12,000 mm with an extendable bed).
Automatic Diameter Setting: Programmable adjustment of the pipe guiding devices for different diameters.
Central Lubrication: For the machine housing and main mechanisms.
