Eckold MZ 30 Mobilformer is a powerful mobile hydraulic forming system designed for flanging (beading), clinching, and straightening thick-walled metal sheets and edges. Like the MZ 20, these pliers operate from an external hydraulic power unit (e.g., HA 550) and are a portable tool. Its main distinction is the significantly larger material thickness range (up to 7.0 mm for steel) and an increased throat depth (reach). The MZ 30 is ideally suited for the industrial production of large reservoirs, thick-walled tanks, industrial apparatus, and large-scale structures that cannot be processed on stationary equipment.
