• Creating Mating Joints: Ideally forming the "female" (expanded, outer) and "male" (reduced, inner) ends in one go, guaranteeing precise compatibility between elements.

The design of the TSK 600 Duo is based on the high-precision mechanics of the basic TSK 600 model but features an extension for double operation:

• Extended Bed: A massive structure necessary to accommodate two working units and the automatic transport system for long pipes.

• Automatic Transport System: The pipe, held by special guides ($60\text{ to }600\text{ mm}$ range), is automatically moved to the working zone and then returned after processing.

• High-Precision Workflow:

  • The operator inserts the pipe.

  • The Siemens PLC control system starts the automatic cycle.

  • The pipe is fed to the two working heads.

  • Forming of both ends occurs synchronously.

  • The finished part is returned for removal.

• Programmable Accuracy: As with the TSK 600, the swaging depth and other parameters are set via the Siemens touch panel and can be adjusted with a precision of up to $0.01\text{ mm}$.

• Short Pipe Equipment (Option): The possibility of installing an additional device for processing very short pipes (min. $250\text{ mm}$), even if only one end needs to be worked.
