TRUMPF TruLaser Cell 1100 is a flexible beam guidance system designed for endless laser welding of various seam geometries on strips, tubes, and profiles, as well as for processing axially symmetric parts. It is a high-speed and high-precision machine that integrates perfectly into production lines, particularly into roll forming systems for tube welding. The system supports both CO2 lasers (TruFlow) and solid-state lasers (TruDisk, TruDiode).
Beam Guidance System: Flexible multi-axis beam guidance system.
Control: Integrated operator panel for intuitive control of the entire TruLaser Cell 1000 series.
Number of Axes: Minimum 3 axes (X, Z linear) plus additional axes for optics (B—rotary, Q—seam position correction).
Laser Sources: Laser selection based on application and material:
CO2 Laser (TruFlow): Max power up to 15,000 W (standard up to 3,200 W).
Solid-State Laser (TruDisk/TruDiode): Max power up to 8,000 W (standard up to 2,000 W).
Welding Optics:
TLS (Linear Welding Optics): Optics with a linear axis for precise determination of the beam position.
TRS (Rotation Welding Optics): Mirror focusing optics with a special rotary B-axis (±100∘) for angled welding.
Sensor Systems: SeamLine or SeamLine Pro for automatic detection and correction of the seam position during welding.
Dual-Spot Processing: Possibility to weld in two different locations simultaneously.
