Clamping Inserts for $\mathbf{OW}17$

Description

• Material: Stainless steel.

• Used only in conjunction with the $\mathbf{OW}17$ cartridge.

• One insert consists of two half shells. $1$ insert is required for each side of the cartridge $\to$ $2$ inserts (i.e., $4$ half shells) are needed for a full cartridge setup.

• For $\mathbf{COAX}$ connections (where two pipes of different diameters are welded), it is possible to use two inserts with different diameters.

• Select the Cartridge: Clamping Cartridge $\to$ Order the specific inserts for each pipe diameter accordingly.

• When changing pipe diameter: It is sufficient to replace the inserts if the cartridge remains the same.

• Crucially Important: Check that the insert is compatible with the $\mathbf{OW}17$ cartridge—these specific accessories are recommended by the manufacturer.

• In the case of series production or frequent diameter changes—the insert system allows for cost reduction (the cartridge does not need to be replaced with every change).

• The use of the insertion gage ensures precise positioning and, consequently, high quality of the welded joints.
