ORBIMAT is equipment (a power source) used for orbital or manual TIG welding. ORBIMAT accessories cover various aspects: gas supply, electrical connection, protection, control, and electrode preparation. These accessories increase the flexibility, safety, and efficiency of working with ORBIMAT.
1. Earth Cable
Description
Grounding cable for orbital and manual welding equipment.
Designed for high current, featuring reliable insulation and durable connections.
Helps ensure safe grounding of the power source, which is crucial for a stable arc and operator safety.
Application
Used to connect the ORBIMAT or other welding equipment to the ground point (mass).
Ensures electrical safety and reliability of the system operation.
2. Gas Hose Package Extensions
Extension hose kits for supplying argon or other inert gases.
Available in various lengths (\mathbf{5 \text{ m, } 10 \text{ m, } 15 \text{ m, \text{ and } 20 \text{ m}}), allowing flexible system setup according to the workspace configuration.
Suitable for all Orbitalum orbital weld heads, with the exception of AVC/OSC weld heads.
Extends the hose system to ensure access to the gas supply in large or remote installations.
Allows inert gas cylinders to be positioned away from the power source or the working area.
3. Power Connector Adapter Set
Suitable for use with older Orbitalum power supply units and weld heads featuring green "Superior" connectors. Newer models are already equipped with DINSE-compatible connectors.
Facilitates the integration of ORBIMAT into existing wiring on production lines.
Provides connection flexibility, especially during modernization or changes in electrical power configuration.
4. Pressure Regulator
Orbitalum Pressure Regulator: A high-precision dual-circuit gas regulator with two separate flow indicators, designed for welding and forming gas. Ensures stable, controlled gas flow, which is critically important for quality seam formation in orbital and manual TIG welding.

6. WS2 Tungsten Electrodes
WS2 electrodes are professional electrodes with Rare Earth Oxides, serving as a full replacement for WT electrodes but without Thorium content. Suitable for DC and AC TIG welding, including orbital systems.
