1. Electrode Adapters

Description

• Durable brass adapters that allow the angle of the tungsten electrode to be changed relative to the weld head.

• The set includes a base part and separate modular extension arms for various angles: 15∘/90∘, 45∘/90∘, 30∘/90∘, etc.

• Adapters are available both as complete sets and as individual parts.

Application

• Enable the operator to change the electrode orientation for working with hard-to-reach areas, such as when welding fittings, elbows, or T-joints.

• Ensure precise electrode positioning without the need to modify the weld head itself.

2. Inserts for Elbow Welding

Description

• A set of inserts specifically designed for welding standard elbows where there is no straight pipe section available for clamping.

• Consist of 2 base retainers (independent of pipe diameter) and 2 cover halves (matched to the specific pipe diameter).

• The cover halves can be rotated so that the elbow's "outlet" can be at the required angle from the head.

• Note: These inserts do not provide mechanical pipe clamping—the elbow must be tack-welded before main welding.

Application

• Used for welding elbows without a straight pipe section—where fixation is achieved in-place via tack welds.

• Provide gas shielding for the weld zone around the elbow during the welding process.

3. T-Piece Inserts ($\mathbf{T}\text{-}\mathbf{Piece}\mathbf{Clamping}\mathbf{Inserts}$)

Description

• Specialized inserts for welding pipes in a "T-shape" (T-piece), where three branches must be fixed simultaneously.

• These inserts are designed to reliably hold both the branches and the main pipe during welding.

• They fit precisely into the $\mathbf{ORBIWELD}(\mathbf{S})$ heads, supporting compact and complex assembly configurations.

Application

• Provide stable and precise clamping when welding T-joints, where three pipes need to be fixed simultaneously.

• Minimize play and ensure geometrical stability during welding.

4. Clamping Inserts  for ORBIWELD S and ORBIWELD

Description

• Made of aluminum for weight reduction while maintaining strength.

• One insert set contains 2 parts per clamping side (half-shells).

• For complete fixation of one pipe, $2\mathbf{inserts}$ (i.e., $4\mathbf{half}\text{-}\mathbf{shells}$) are required.

• For some models (e.g., OW 115 / OW 115S / OW 170), the user can choose between "wide (W)" or "narrow (S)" inserts, or combine them as needed.

Application

• Clamping inserts are the main components for fixing the pipe within the head's clamping cartridge.

• The aluminum material reduces thermal load while ensuring a reliable grip.

• The ability to combine "W" and "S" inserts provides flexibility when working with different pipe diameters and various assembly geometries.
