SCHRÖDER MODULAR is a modern manual folding machine, specifically designed for working with long metal sheets. Thanks to its modular design, two or more machines can be interconnected, forming a system for processing extra-long sheets.

Features:
  • Working length of 2000 mm per machine.
  • Ability to combine several machines for working with long sheets.
  • The machine is mobile: equipped with 4 or 6 lockable steerable casters.
  • Single-sided angle indicator (standard on the right).
  • Insertion depth along the entire length – 670 mm.
  • Free clearance for a 1000 mm wide coil.
  • Additional capacity and insertion depth can be increased upon individual request.
  Additional Equipment:
  • Modular Gauge: 2 sheet supports with slots and 2 flip-over gauges (670 mm).
  • Combined Cutting and Leveling Device: (precise cutting of the clamped sheet).
  • Cutting Device for a maximum sheet thickness of 0.8 mm (St37).
  • Guide Rail.
  • Additional Bend Angle Indicator.
