Thalmann TD250 PLUS 4.6 is a new generation high-performance double long folding machine (Up-and-Down folder), designed for processing large and heavy workpieces with high precision and maximum process automation. The machine provides bending both upwards and downwards without the need for the operator to flip the sheet, which significantly increases productivity.
The PLUS version is equipped with integrated automated modules: an automatic part flipping system, automatic side loading, automatic unloading of finished products, and a modern multi-level safety system with laser scanners. This allows for a virtually fully automated manufacturing process for even the most complex products with minimal operator involvement.
