Schröder 125 is an electromechanical three-roll round bending machine, serving as an enhanced version of the manual Schröder 102. Built on traditional mechanical principles, it is additionally equipped with a roll drive for automatic rotation, ensuring higher productivity while maintaining superior precision. Features and Advantages
Top and Bottom Roll Drive: Provides fast and smooth rolling at speeds up to 6 m/min.
Grooves (Seam & Wire): The top roll is equipped with a seam groove for joint forming, while the bottom and rear rolls feature wire grooves. The rolls are made of steel with a tensile strength of approximately 700 N/mm2.
Convenient Adjustment: The bottom roll is adjusted via a lever, and the rear roll is positioned using a handwheel.
Dual-Pedal Control: Separate pedals for clockwise and counter-clockwise rotation improve control over the rolling process.
