Design Features

Forming Rolls: Manufactured from hardened steel and mounted on roller bearings to ensure high precision and wear resistance.
Upper Roll: Driven by a powerful geared motor and features knurling (ribbing) for reliable and safe transport of the tube along the mandrel.
Upper Roll Positioning: The roll can be manually shifted into one of three fixed operating positions (for external 10 mm, internal 10 or 13 mm, or external 13 mm) with a simple finger press.
Mandrel (Console): Robust and rigid, providing stability during the seam closing process over the entire length.
