MAF 250 motorized folding machine has a working length of 2540 mm and is capable of bending steel with a thickness of 2.50 mm. Thanks to its special bending clearance, the MAF allows for the production of profiles that are difficult or impossible to manufacture on other machines. The Schechtl MAF is particularly popular in industrial metalworking. A standout feature is the F-geometry of the folding beam, which is installed as standard and provides 14 mm of clearance behind the pivot point. This F-geometry offers numerous advantages, such as the seamless bending of tight “cap” or “omega” profiles, as well as the implementation of complex shapes while reducing the risk of collision with the folding beam.
