UKF 200 segmented folding machine features a working length of 2000 mm and is capable of bending steel up to 1.00 mm thick. The exceptionally large clearance of the UKF allows for the production of particularly large closed forms. The Schechtl UKF is designed for manufacturing special shapes, box and cassette forms, as well as fitting tasks. On the clamping beam, the UKF provides space for segmented inserts with heights of 160 mm or 180 mm. Segments on the lower and folding beams have a height of 120 mm—offering 100% more clearance compared to the UK or UKV models. This provides significant advantages when producing large, closed forms.
