SCHRÖDER BAM 2000 is a mobile and functional manual folding machine for sheet metal that combines compactness with professional quality. Its design allows for easy execution of precise and clean bends even on long workpieces.

  • Clamping beam with an exchangeable 20° sharp-nose blade.
  • 15 mm folding blade (exchangeable).
  • Folding beam equipped with a crowning system (deflection compensation).
  • Capability for linear and vertical adjustment of the folding beam.
  • Clamping beam with a counterweight to facilitate operation.
  • Quick-release beam featuring one-handed operation.
  • Sheet support system and backgauge (750 mm).
  • Integrated cutting device with a guide for cutting sheets with a thickness up to 0.8 mm (St37).
  • Removable stand on 4 casters (2 fixed and 2 steerable with locks) for mobility.
  • Integrated angle indicator for precise bend control.
  Additional Options:
  • Beading device without a roll and clamp.
  • Beading rolls (Rolls) 12 mm, 14 mm, or 16 mm (includes one set of clamps).
