Spiro Shaper is an efficient automatic forming machine from Spiro International SA (Switzerland), designed for the rapid and precise installation of rubber seals (gaskets) onto the ends of round fittings. Its main advantage is high productivity and consistent quality when working with a smaller diameter range (80–500 mm). The machine ensures a reliable self-sealing connection (Airtightness Class D) on all types of fittings (elbows, reducers, couplings, T-pieces). In addition to gasket installation, the Spiro Shaper can also perform the rolled edge operation on products without gaskets.
