Wammes ODIN is a fully automated line for the production of high-quality rectangular ducts and fittings. ODIN (short for On Demand INtegrated) is a modular system capable of working with large coils ( ) and width (). The line performs all stages: decoiling, straightening, forming stiffening ribs (beading/corrugation), cutting, punching, and forming seams (Pittsburgh lock, Snaplock), allowing the production of ducts in the format of Fully Wrapped, L-shaped, and 4-piece elements.

  • Cutting Module: Cutting table with traverse travel.

  • Control: Remote console with an integrated Siemens® S7-1200 industrial controller and Schneider Electric touch screen.
  • Color Scheme: RAL Blue and RAL Yellow.
