Features

Powerful profile bending machine equipped with hydraulic clamping of the two bottom rolls, ensuring high-quality bending of profiles and tubes.
Shafts are made of high-quality hardened steel, which prevents their deformation under load.
The machine is equipped with a digital display device and a portable remote control panel with foot pedals for operator convenience.
Can operate in both horizontal and vertical working positions.
All three rolls are driven, which guarantees uniform power transmission and prevents material slippage during bending.
This capability allows the operator to perform pre-bending on both ends of the profile.
Side supports move in three directions, reducing deformation, especially when bending angles and spirals.

Recommendations for Application

Wide range of additional options: $NC$ or $CNC$ controllers, a device for bending spirals, a variator (variable speed drive), and special roll sets.
Reinforced $St-52$ steel body and increased roll diameter minimize profile deformation during processing.
The use of reliable bearings ensures a long service life and a high axial moment of resistance for bending massive profiles.
Practical universal rolls allow easy work with various profile types.
