Wammes Elbow Maker CEM 1250 Ultra is a powerful, hydraulic machine from Wammes Machinery GmbH (Germany), designed for the high-quality and rapid production of segmented elbows (bends) and similar fittings (such as reducers, end caps) from round segments. The machine combines two working stations (flanging and seam closing), allowing both operations to be performed simultaneously. This ensures an airtight seam that meets the highest requirements. Thanks to its high flexibility and the use of Siemens PLC, the CEM 1250 Ultra is ideally suited for both mass and custom production.

Sets of rollers for flanging (beading) for different diameters and seam heights (depending on diameter):
5 mm seam height: ∅125–250 mm
7.5 mm seam height: ∅250–700 mm
10 mm seam height: ∅700–1250 mm
Processing of Special Materials: Possibility to work with other metals (in addition to galvanized and stainless steel) upon request.
Additional Tools: Sets of tools for forming single or double flanges, as well as for other types of fittings (reducers, end caps).
Special Angles/Number of Segments: Possibility to manufacture elbows consisting of a different number of segments or with angles other than 30∘ (default for 4 parts at 90∘).
