BENDMAK offers a wide range of profile bending machines. The strength and reliability of the welded steel body St-52 together with the increased diameter of the rollers ensures less deformation of the profile during processing, and thanks to the bearings, you can get a long service life and a high axial moment of resistance for bending larger profiles.

Features  
  • A powerful profile bending machine equipped with a hydraulic lower roll clamp and an electric drive with a planetary gearbox—an ideal solution for working with large section profiles and pipes.
  • It can operate in both horizontal and vertical positions.
  • The rolls are made of high-quality hardened steel, which prevents their deformation even under heavy load.
  • Control is carried out using a portable remote panel equipped with a DRO (Digital Readout) and foot pedals.
  • All three rolls are driven, which guarantees:
    • No material slippage;
    • Increased machine output power;
    • The ability to perform pre-bending on both ends of the profile.
  • The side supports move in three directions, reducing deformation when bending angles and spirals.
  Recommendations for Use   To expand the machine's capabilities, it is recommended to additionally equip it with:
  • A spiral bending device;
  • A variator (speed control);
  • NC or CNC controllers;
  • Specialized rolls for various profiles and pipes.
