Schechtl SB is designed specifically for manufacturing roof tiles quickly and simply. The machine performs the bending of two edges or hems positioned at a 90° angle to each other, which significantly reduces the number of work steps. Thanks to the exchangeable segments on the clamping beams, the production of square or rectangular tiles and other components becomes maximally convenient. As a result, instead of 24 standard work steps, only 8 are required, providing time savings of up to 70%. The SB 50 model is capable of bending steel with a thickness of up to 1.00 mm. Formats such as tiles or diamonds can be manufactured with edge lengths ranging from 200 to 500 mm.
